I am personally a big fan of Meditation for it's benefits of inner calm, less annoying thoughts and how it helps me approach life more peacefully. After exploring many different meditation-techniques over the years, this method stood out for its clarity, effectiveness and how quickly it brings deep results of true Meditation.
The MAX Meditation System™ was developed by Gudni Gudnason, founder of the Modern Mystery School, after 35 years of global study of the mind and spiritual traditions. It’s a unique blend of ancient techniques from India and Tibet, combining Yoga, Mind-Acrobatics modern psychology and NLP.

Unlike silent meditations, mindfulness apps, or techniques such as Transcendental Meditation, this approach is fully guided by a certified professional who leads you step by step through the process. The method is dynamic, structured, and deeply transformative—especially designed to create lasting inner peace, reduce stress, and support deep healing. 4. What if I can't sit still or have a busy mind? This is one of the most common concerns. BUT that’s exactly what this Meditation is for.
